Terms & Conditions — Matrix Websites

Matrix Websites ("we", "our", "us") provides fast, template-based website design services delivered within 3 business days. Our websites are built using Landingsite.ai and include handover of the website and login credentials upon completion.

All website packages include:

• A professionally designed website (single-page or multi-page depending on the selected package)
• Delivery within 3 business days after onboarding form submission
• Access/login credentials to the Landingsite.ai builder
• Basic revisions included (maximum of 3 revisions prior to handover)

The following services are NOT included unless purchased separately:

• Ongoing support, maintenance, or updates
• Content writing beyond what is provided by the customer
• Custom coding or advanced integrations
• Hosting, domains, or platform fees
• Support with Landingsite.ai or third-party platforms
• Unlimited design changes or post-handover edits
• Website management after delivery

Up to 3 revisions are included before the final handover.

Once the website is handed over, all additional changes, edits, or support requests become paid services (see Support Pricing below).

All Landingsite.ai fees—including monthly hosting and annual domain renewal—are paid directly by the customer.

We do not manage, modify, or mediate hosting services.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Supplying text, images, and content on time
• Paying Landingsite.ai directly for hosting
• Maintaining and managing their website after handover
• Keeping their login credentials secure

Due to the rapid delivery and digital nature of the service:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds are provided once work has begun.
• Refunds will not be issued for hosting, domain, or platform issues (these are controlled by Landingsite.ai).

Delivery is completed within 3 business days from when the onboarding form is submitted.

If the customer delays providing required information or content, delivery may be delayed.

Matrix Websites does not provide ongoing free support after handover.

Paid support options are available (see pricing table).

Matrix Websites is not liable for downtime, platform changes, hosting issues, or third-party service failures.

Our responsibility ends upon successful handover of the website.
